5 Self Defense Techniques

 

Recommended One Step Sparring  

1. Step forward with right foot, Front kick with left foot and front kick with right foot. Jab with right hand. Punch with left hand. Scream "KAI" loud.

2. Step forward with right foot, Front kick with left and round kick with right foot. Jab with right hand. Punch with left hand. Scream "KAI" loud.

3. Step forward with right foot, Front kick with left foot and side kick with right foot. Jab with right hand. Punch with left hand. Scream "KAI" loud.

4. Step forward with right foot, make an outside block with your right hand. Back fist with your right hand. Punch with your left hand. Scream "KAI" loud.

5.Step your left foot outside of opponent. Make an outside block to opponents wrist. Make a round kick to opponents body. Make a left punch to opponents ribs. Scream "KIA" loud.

6. Step your left foot to outside of opponent. Make an outside block to opponents wrist-Grab opponents shoulder with your right hand. Make a leg sweep on opponent with your right leg (Throw) Make a punch with your left hand  "KAI" (Loud)
