Recommended One Step
Step forward with your left foot to the outside of opponents foot, make an inside block to opponents right elbow with your left hand, same time your right hand goes to opponents wrist (arm break) Grab wrist with right hand. put your left foot in front of opponents leg, sweep.
Step forward with left foot, make an inside block with left hand-spinning elbow with right elbow, step again with left foot-left arm around neck, choke.
Front kick (right leg) back leg side kick-back leg round kick-spinning back kick
Side kick (left leg), Hook kick (left leg), step left foot beside opponents foot, your left hand goes high to opponents chest, your right hand to opponents right leg, pull with right hand and push with left hand, throw.
